- 2 tablespoon Butter
- Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Remove the tendon from the tenderloins I do it easily with a fork and a paper towel.
- Cut the tenderloins in half and marinate them in pickle juice for 1 hour
- Once done, drain and dry them off well
- Cover them in blackening seasoning and some salt and pepper
- Get the skillet super hot and throw them in
- You know to flip them when they no longer stick to the skillet
- Once they are done, grease a baking dish and place the bottoms of your kings Hawaiian rolls in
- Mix your mayo and sriracha and spread it on the bottoms of the rolls and top with provolone cheese, toss it in the oven for like 5 min to start getting it melty
- Take it out
- melt butter, add garlic and parsley to it.
- Add chicken to the bottoms of the rolls, and place the tops on top, and spread your butter garlic mixture on top and bake them covered for another 10 min
- Remove from the oven, cut them and add whatever toppings you’d like. I used shredded lettuce and more spicy mayo 😋
