youre going to need:
shredded chicken about 1lb
1 small avocado diced
½ seedless cucumber chopped up small
& i used my recipe for guilt free ranch dressing as a healthy base find it here!
mix it all up and i love to eat mine over a salad with more of the guilt free ranch! ENJOY!
