who loves ranch but hates the calories? ME!! Here’s a healthier guilt free way to drench your salad in it !!!
Low calorie ranch dressing recipe!
1 ¼ C low fat plain yogurt (NOT GREEK- the Greek yogurt makes it too thick)
1 tablespoon light mayo or mayo with olive oil
1 packet of your favorite ranch seasoning (this makes a difference! I use the ones Aldi they’re my fav but hidden valley is also a good one!)
Mix it together, taste it, add more ranch seasoning if needed and enjoy!!! This is around 180 calories for the whole thing!! 👍🏼
