I’ve been trying to get creative with lunch time since I skipped lunch most of my life, which I now know is terrible for you. Here’s a yummy way to add protein, that’s super low fat and filling for a satisfying lunch!
Turkey & Swiss wrap!
Any type of wrap but I used L’oven Fresh high protein red pepper hummus wrap from Aldi!
4 slices of deli turkey
1 slice of cheese
Lettuce (as much or as little as you’d like, I’m currently obsessed with sweet baby butter leaf lettuce 😋)
And top it with my guilt free homemade ranch recipe 👇🏼
1 ¼ C low fat plain yogurt (NOT GREEK- the Greek yogurt makes it too thick)
1 tablespoon light mayo or mayo with olive oil
1 packet of your favorite ranch seasoning (this makes a difference! I use the ones Aldi they’re my fav but hidden valley is also a good one!)
Roll it up nice and tight, cut it in half & enjoy!
