Coming at you with this viral, Low Carb, Low Fat made from chicken pizza crust with caesar salad on top! As you all know I am the Caesar salad queen and I have to try anything with Caesar, a bunch of you sent me this one so here is my version of it!!
Chicken Crust Caesar Pizza
Low carb & low fat, eat caesar salad like pizza but make it healthy 🙂
Equipment
- food processor
Ingredients
Pizza Crust
- 20 oz canned chicken very well drained
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ⅔ C grated parm cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
Low Carb Low Fat Homemade Caesar Dressing
- 1 ½ C Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 C Freshly Grated Parm Cheese
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
Make Crust
- preheat your oven to 375
- in your food processor blend all of your ingredients until it is a thick mixture, transfer to parchment paper and roll out into a crust
- bake on a baking sheet for 40 min or a until golden brown color
- remove and let cool for about 10 min
Dressing
- add all of your dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and desired consistency
Make Salad
- chop Romaine lettuce, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over top and grate some fresh parmesan cheese with some fresh cracked black pepper and toss your dressing over top.
- Place on top of crust and cut with a pizza cutter. ENJOY!
