GARLIC PARM CHICKEN SKILLET
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 large potatoes cubed
- olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- wash potatoes, peel, and cut up into small cubes
- toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don't use exact measurements for this part)
- cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook
- once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes
- cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter
- season chicken with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
- once chicken is finished cooking add minced garlic and the garlic Parmesan sauce add cooked potatoes to the skillet
- top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts)
