Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potato Skillet!

GARLIC PARM CHICKEN SKILLET

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 large potatoes cubed
  • olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • wash potatoes, peel, and cut up into small cubes
  • toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don't use exact measurements for this part)
  • cook potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook
  • once potatoes are cooking, cut chicken into cubes
  • cook chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter
  • season chicken with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • once chicken is finished cooking add minced garlic and the garlic Parmesan sauce add cooked potatoes to the skillet
  • top with shredded mozzarella cheese
  • broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts)
