low calorie, protein packed, filling and easy breakfast idea!

Ingredients
- 1 scrambled egg
- ½ cup chopped baby spinach
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- olive oil cooking spray
- Sriracha topping (optional)
Instructions
- scramble your egg
- spray your pan with olive oil spray
- pour scrambled egg into pan
- add chopped spinach & crumbled feta
- fold carefully in half as egg is cooked
- let inside cook for about 1-2 min while folded
- remove from pan & add Sriracha if desired
- ENJOY!
