Equipment
- Airfryer or bake in the oven 350 for 15-20 min
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground chicken
- 6 low carb wraps (i used regular taco size)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice any cheese would be good on these
- ranch for dipping
Instructions
- mix together ground chicken, garlic powder, ranch seasoning, pepper, salt, minced garlic, and buffalo sauce in a bowl
- lay out your 6 tortilla shells
- smear a decent size scoop of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla shell, smushing it down flat
- top with a handful of shredded cheese
- roll each shell up tight enough that it isnt unrolling
- air fry at 350 for 14 minutes or bake in the oven at 350 for 15-20 min or until brown and melty
- serve with ranch dipping sauce. enjoy!!
