Corn Casserole
originated by paula deen this is a staple in my house every thanksgiving
Servings 6
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 16 oz jar of sour cream
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box of jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Melt your butter
- Add all of your ingredients to a bowl, leaving out about ¼ of the cheese mixture
- Grease a baking dish, pour mixture into the baking dish, add the left over cheese to the top and bake for 55 min.
