Crack Mashed Potatoes- A Thanksgiving Staple

Ingredients
- 5 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 Sticks of butter
- 1.5 blocks of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon sea salt in the water with the potatoes
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Boil potatoes with whole garlic cloves
- Add 2tbsp salt to the water while potatoes are boiling
- After potatoes are done boiling, drain them and add the sticks of butter and the cream cheese
- Whip them together
- add 1 cup milk, more if they are too thick
- Use either a kitchen aid mixer or mix by hand
- Add salt or butter as needed
- Measure with the heart and taste test as you go! Enjoy!!!!
