Feeding more than a few with this VIRAL GIANT QUESADILLA ?? so many of you sent me this one to try and I have to say I was impressed with how good it actually was!!!
In the crock pot-
4 chicken breasts
4 cut up peppers (red and green)
1.5 onions sliced
1 can of corn
2 packets of fajita seasoning
Cook on high for 3-4 hours
Remove chicken breasts from crock pot
Shred them and return them back to the crock pot.
Shred 1 block each of sharp cheddar, Colby Jack and pepper Jack cheese, set aside
Fajita sauce-
⅔ cup A1 steak sauce
2 teaspoon Tajin seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoon ground cumin
Add to crock pot with shredded chicken and mix
Butter the pan
Lay out 12 large burrito tortillas
Add filling
Add cheese
Fold up
Brush with butter
Place another cooking sheet on top
And bake at 425 for 25 min
Let sit for 10 min before cutting
Cut with a pizza cutter and ENJOY
